Abstract

The concept of the relationship between leadership style, organizational culture on job satisfaction and employee performance is very important, because this is related to efforts to achieve the goals of a company organization. This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership style, organizational culture and job satisfaction on the performance of outsourcing employees at the Department of Logistics Transportation PT. Chevron Pacific Indonesia. The analysis technique uses the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method to test 5 (five) hypotheses that have been developed. The results of hypothesis testing indicate that all of the proposed hypotheses have been successfully accepted. These hypotheses include: Leadership Style has a positive and significant effect on Employee Job Satisfaction, Organizational Culture has a positive and significant effect on Employee Job Satisfaction, Job Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, Leadership Style has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance and Culture. Organization has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The computational results for model testing show acceptable results (fit) using the goodness of fit criteria, namely: RMSEA (Root Mean Square Error of Approximation), TLI (Tucker Lewis Index), CFI (Comparative Fit Index), and CR (Critical Ratio) , While the results of model testing for GFI (Goodnes of Fit Index), AGFI (Adjusted Goodnes of Fit Index), RFI and NFI are declared marginal fit.
