Dalam era Industri 4.0, pengembangan profesionalisme guru menjadi semakin penting untuk menghadapi tantangan pendidikan yang terus berkembang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi peran kecerdasan komunikasi digital dalam meningkatkan profesionalisme guru. Melalui pendekatan ProTeach 4.0, penelitian ini mengidentifikasi keterampilan komunikasi digital yang diperlukan bagi guru untuk beradaptasi dengan teknologi dan metode pengajaran modern. Metode penelitian yang digunakan meliputi survei dan wawancara dengan guru dari berbagai jenjang pendidikan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan kecerdasan komunikasi digital tidak hanya memperbaiki interaksi antara guru dan siswa, tetapi juga meningkatkan kolaborasi antar rekan sejawat serta keterlibatan orang tua dalam proses pembelajaran. Temuan ini menekankan pentingnya pelatihan dan pengembangan berkelanjutan bagi guru dalam memanfaatkan teknologi digital untuk menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang lebih efektif dan inovatif. Dengan demikian, pengembangan profesionalisme guru melalui kecerdasan komunikasi digital menjadi kunci untuk mencapai tujuan pendidikan yang relevan di era digital saat ini.
