ANNOUNCEMENT: System Restoration, Service Update, and Notice Regarding Volume 9 No. 1 Publication

Dear Authors, Reviewers and Readers of the Islamic Psychology Journal Nathiqiyyah

Sorry for any recent difficulty caused by disruptions to access and delays while publishing articles. These problems were due to the unauthorized access (cybersecurity compromise) of our magazine platform by irresponsible individuals.

Our IT team has successfully remediated these security issues and restored full functionality to the system.

Normal platform operations have resumed, although our editorial team is working to clear administrative and technical backlogs. Therefore, this has resulted in:

• Minor delays in manuscript peer review and correspondence
• Rescheduling of future releases to guaranty total data integrity and formatting accuracy.

We apologize to have to inform you that there has been a data loss of the Volume 9 No. 1 publishing on our Open Journal Systems (OJS) platform as a consequence of this security breach occurrence. We sincerely apologize for this terrible occurrence. We’d like to reassure you that our staff is now working to re-upload all affected manuscripts for Volume 9 No. 1 in an effort to restore full access as quickly as possible.

Please be assured that all other submitted manuscripts are safe in our system database. As an added precaution, we urge that all registered users change their password when they log back into their account.
