Individual preferences toward vegetables as the main fiber source create diverse and complex intake patterns. This study aims to analyze fiber intake patterns in individuals with positive and negative preferences toward vegetables, and identify factors influencing these pattern differences. The study employed descriptive qualitative approach with in-depth interview techniques on four participants (two with positive preferences: CK and FN; two with negative preferences: NS and CC). Participants underwent a seven-day vegetable consumption challenge as intervention, with data collection through semi-structured interviews before and after intervention. Data were analyzed using thematic analysis. Individuals with positive preferences showed consistent and sustainable fiber intake patterns, with habits integrated into daily routines and strong intrinsic motivation. FN experienced increased positive scores (4.80→5.00) and reported physiological-psychological benefits, while CK showed stability in established habits. Individuals with negative preferences showed inconsistent patterns dependent on external factors. NS experienced significant negative score increase (2.00→4.10), while CC showed perceptual improvement (negative score 2.50→2.10). Fiber intake patterns are significantly influenced by vegetable preferences with determinant factors including childhood habit formation, health awareness, sensory preferences, social support, and accessibility. Development of personalized nutrition intervention strategies considering individual characteristics and tailored approaches for each preference group is recommended.</em></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Abstrak</strong></p> <p>Konsumsi serat dalam pola makan sehari-hari memiliki peranan fundamental dalam menjaga kesehatan optimal, namun realitas konsumsi serat di Indonesia masih jauh di bawah rekomendasi WHO sebesar 25 gram per hari. Preferensi individu terhadap sayuran sebagai sumber utama serat menciptakan pola asupan yang beragam dan kompleks. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pola asupan serat pada individu dengan preferensi positif dan negatif terhadap sayur, serta mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi perbedaan pola tersebut. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik wawancara mendalam pada empat partisipan (dua dengan preferensi positif: CK dan FN; dua dengan preferensi negatif: NS dan CC). Partisipan menjalani tantangan konsumsi sayur selama tujuh hari sebagai intervensi, dengan pengumpulan data melalui wawancara semi-terstruktur sebelum dan sesudah intervensi. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis tematik. Individu dengan preferensi positif menunjukkan pola asupan serat yang konsisten dan berkelanjutan, dengan kebiasaan terintegrasi dalam rutinitas harian dan motivasi intrinsik kuat. FN mengalami peningkatan skor positif (4,80→5,00) dan melaporkan manfaat fisiologis-psikologis, sedangkan CK menunjukkan stabilitas kebiasaan mapan. Individu dengan preferensi negatif menunjukkan pola tidak konsisten dan bergantung faktor eksternal. NS mengalami peningkatan skor negatif signifikan (2,00→4,10), sedangkan CC menunjukkan perbaikan persepsi (skor negatif 2,50→2,10). Pola asupan serat sangat dipengaruhi preferensi sayur dengan faktor determinan meliputi pembentukan kebiasaan masa kanak-kanak, kesadaran kesehatan, preferensi sensorik, dukungan sosial, dan aksesibilitas. The research method used is quantitative with a one group pretest-posttest design, involving seven participants selected through purposive sampling techniques based on certain criteria. The intervention in the form of light exercise for five minutes was carried out routinely for seven consecutive days. Measurements were carried out using positive and negative affect scale instruments before and after the intervention, as well as daily reflections to explore the subjective experiences of participants. The results showed that short exercise interventions can increase positive emotions and reduce negative emotions in some participants, especially those who have intrinsic motivation and positive perceptions of exercise. However, not all participants experienced significant changes, indicating that the effectiveness of the intervention is influenced by motivational factors, initial habits, and external psychological conditions. This study recommends exercise as a practical intervention to improve emotional well-being, taking into account mental readiness and personal meaning for individuals. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh genre film terhadap empati pada dewasa awal. Penelitian ini menggunakan. Pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain kausal. Partisipan pada penelitian ini adalah individu dewasa awal berusia 18-25 tahun yang berdomisili di Jakarta, menonton film minimal sekali dalam seminggu, dengan jumlah partisipan sebanyak &gt;100 orang. Alat ukur yang digunakan adalah kuesioner prefensi genre film dan Instrumen penelitian skala empati berdasarkan Interpersonal Reactivity Index (IRI) yang telah dimodifikasi serta divalidasi. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa genre film secara langsung tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap empati, dengan nilai Sig. p= 0,145. This study aims to examine the relationship between self-efficacy and metacognitive awareness with work readiness among final-year students in Bandar Lampung. The research method uses a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The research involved 167 participants from various study programs in Malahayati University, selected through convenience sampling. Results indicate that most subjects demonstrated moderate work readiness levels. Data analysis revealed: (3) collectively, self-efficacy and metacognitive awareness showed significant relationship with work readiness; (2) a significant positive relationship between self-efficacy and work readiness; and (3) no significant relationship between metacognitive awareness and work readiness. Prosocial behavior refers to voluntary acts intended to assist others without expecting any compensation. During early adolescence, peer relationships and parental bonds are recognized as key contributors to the development of prosocial tendencies. The research applied a quantitative correlational method, involving 100 students from Mutiara Bangsa Junior High School in Bandar Lampung, selected through a quota sampling technique. Data were gathered using three instruments: the Prosocial Behavior Scale, Peer Support Scale, and Parental Attachment Scale. The results, analyzed using multiple linear regression, revealed that peer support and parental attachment together significantly affect prosocial behavior (F = 80.659; p &lt; 0.05) with a determination coefficient (R²) of 0.624. However, when tested individually, only peer support had a statistically significant effect, while parental attachment did not (p &gt; 0.05). SSWB refers to students' perceptions of their quality of life at school, which includes four aspects: school connectedness, academic efficacy, joy of learning, and educational purpose. This research employed a quantitative correlational design involving 188 students selected using a quota sampling method from two accredited private high schools. The instruments used were the Student Subjective Well-Being Questionnaire (SSWQ), Youth Internalizing Externalizing Problems Screener (YIEPS), and Perceived Acceptance Scale (PAS). Multiple linear regression analysis revealed that internalizing and externalizing behaviors had a significant negative effect on SSWB, while social acceptance had a significant positive effect. Collectively, these three variables contributed 9.4% to the variation in SSWB. Using a qualitative literature review method, the research analyzes classical and contemporary sources in Islamic theology and psychology to identify the theological, psychological, and therapeutic dimensions of tawḥīd. The findings demonstrate that tawḥīd, as the doctrine of divine oneness, offers more than metaphysical truth; it provides an existential framework that supports emotional stability, spiritual resilience, and psychological well-being. The study highlights how the three dimensions of tawḥīd—rubūbiyyah (divine lordship), ulūhiyyah (divine worship), and asmāʾ wa ṣifāt (divine names and attributes)—contribute to reducing anxiety, instilling purpose, and protecting individuals from identity confusion and spiritual emptiness in the face of social comparison, digital overstimulation, and moral relativism. Moreover, the research emphasizes the practical implementation of tawḥīd through education, daʿwah, and tauhīd-based therapy. It calls for a systemic integration of tawḥīd into modern mental health strategies for Muslim communities. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara literasi kesehatan mental dan kesejahteraan psikologis pada masa emerging adulthood. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan sampel sebanyak 184 remaja yang dipilih melalui teknik purposive sampling. Literasi kesehatan mental diukur menggunakan skala MHL yang disusun berdasarkan dimensi-dimensi MHL dari Jung, Sternberg, dan Davis (2016), sementara kesejahteraan psikologis diukur menggunakan skala PMH yang disusun berdasarkan dimensi-dimensi PMH dari Sequeira dkk. (2024). Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan teknik uji korelasi Pearson untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kedua variabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya tidak ada hubungan yang signifikan antara literasi kesehatan mental dan kesejahteraan psikologis. Emotion regulation refers to an individual’s ability to manage emotions from the moment they arise until they influence behavior. Environmental factors such as parenting style and internal factors like self-esteem are believed to play important roles in shaping this ability. </em><strong><em>Objective</em></strong><em>: This study aims to examine the influence of parenting style and self-esteem on emotion regulation in middle adolescents. </em><strong><em>Method</em></strong><em>: This research employed a quantitative approach using a survey method. A total of 212 students from SMA Negeri 16 Bandar Lampung were selected through a simple random sampling technique. The instruments used were the Emotion Regulation Questionnaire (ERQ), the Parenting Style and Dimensions Questionnaire–Short Version (PSDQ-SV), and the Coopersmith Self-Esteem Inventory (CSEI). The data were analyzed using two-way ANOVA analysis. </em><strong><em>Result</em></strong><em>: The results indicate that both parenting style and self-esteem significantly influence emotion regulation in middle adolescents. This study aims to examine the influence of academic achievement and parental support on the academic resilience of final-year students. A quantitative approach was employed using the Two Way ANOVA analysis technique. The sample consisted of 217 final-year students from six universities in Bandar Lampung, selected through accidental sampling. The results showed no significant joint effect of academic achievement and parental support on academic resilience. Partially, academic achievement did not significantly influence academic resilience, whereas parental support had a significant effect on academic resilience.
