Technological advances have led to cultural changes and the necessities of daily life, thus giving birth to new relationship models, including in the business world. One of its flagship media is through E-Commerce (Electronic Commerce). Tokopedia is a website that sells goods and services online, so that anyone can do business and compete at low prices. The website provides business opportunities and sells a variety of products at more affordable prices than regular stores. This paper aims to analyze the Islamic economics review of e-commerce contracts. This study uses Tokopedia as an example. In the Tokopedia application, we can buy and sell goods online. The buying and selling contract system at Tokopedia is included in the sale and purchase agreement or order. In addition, in the Tokopedia application there is also an ijarah or lease agreement. When E-Commerce meets the trade standards contained in Islamic law, E-Commerce is allowed, especially on the Tokopedia application in Indonesia, and does not include factors such as fraud and manipulation that are detrimental to the transacting party.
