Ontologi Nilai Islam dalam Pancasila: Kajian Filosofis Terhadap Jati Diri Bangsa Indonesia
Keywords:

Moral crisis, value disorientation, and the weakening of public ethics indicate a fundamental problem in the interpretation of Pancasila as the value system of the Indonesian nation. In practice, Pancasila is often reduced to a formal symbol and constitutional normative instrument, resulting in the loss of its vitality as a worldview that guides the moral orientation of individuals, society, and state administrators. This article aims to analyze the ontology of Islamic values within Pancasila through a philosophical approach, emphasizing the position of Islamic values as a transcendent moral foundation that substantively contributes to the formation of the Indonesian national identity. This study employs a library research method with a philosophical, descriptive, and interpretative approach to the literature on value philosophy, Islamic thought, and Pancasila philosophy. The findings reveal that Islamic values—such as tawhid, justice, humanity, deliberation, and public welfare— ontologically align with the value structure of Pancasila. These values are not merely compatible but also enliven the ethical meaning of Pancasila as a national value system. The study concludes that strengthening Islamic values in the interpretation of Pancasila has significant implications for reinforcing national identity, particularly in shaping social ethics and state governance ethics.
