This study examines mental health from the perspective of Islamic Psychology and explores spiritual approaches to addressing anxiety and existential meaninglessness in modern life. The research responds to increasing psychological distress rooted in emotional instability, spiritual disconnection, and loss of life meaning. This study employs qualitative library research drawing from Qur’anic psychology, Prophetic traditions, classical Islamic scholarship, and contemporary psychological theories. A conceptual integrative analysis was used to synthesize Islamic spiritual constructs with modern psychological frameworks. Anxiety and existential emptiness are associated with spiritual imbalance and dominance of lower impulses (nafs al- ammarah). Islamic spiritual practices dhikr, prayer, sabr, tawakkal, gratitude, and self-reflection function as mechanisms of emotional regulation, resilience, and existential meaning-making. As a conceptual study, empirical validation is required to assess applicability in clinical contexts. The paper proposes an integrative psychospiritual framework positioning Islamic spirituality as a structured mental health intervention model.
