PANDANGAN EKONOMI ISLAM TERHADAP PENERAPAN AKAD DALAM GRABCAR DAN GRABFOOD

Abstract

As the age grows, business grows. With the Internet people can easily do the buying and selling, at e-commerce. E-commerce's in Indonesia at an awful lot, e. grab. Grab is a company offering its services through the grab application that can be downloaded for free at both the play store and the apps store. The aim of writers to study grabcar and grabfood is to ensure that muslims do not break the rules of Islam. Therefore, to prevent it writers feel the need to examine actually what is applied to the product offered by the grab company and whether the akad is compatible with islamic life, but this discussion will focus only on grabcar and grabfood. The study USES qualitative research methods. The study is done by collecting literature as a library study based on books and journals, thesis, etc. Then came an analysis of grabcar and grabfood concepts. The result of this study is akad which is adopted in grabcar is akad ijarah and akad wakalah, whereas the akad outlined in grabfood is akad ijarah, and akad wakalah. And in grabcar and grabfood nothing is found that violates the islamic law.
