The study used a qualitative method with a literature review of several existing studies. Data collection used secondary data methods obtained from journal articles, proceedings articles, books, and the internet. The research findings show that the risks of financing efforts channeled by Islamic banks are credit/financing risk, operational risk, and liquidity risk. The study results show that risk mitigation of Islamic banks in the review of maqoshid sharia is a form of carrying out religious messages, trust in managing assets, guarantees of halalness, a sense of security, and anticipation of loss of funds. The study contributes to providing input to Islamic banking actors that implementing risk management and risk mitigation before running a financing distribution business is a form of carrying out religious orders, and protection of assets.</p> P. These local regulations, which are generally implemented in certain regions, often pose various challenges and opportunities related to the principles of the rule of law and the constitution. This article aims to analyze the dynamics of constitutional law in the context of the formation and implementation of Sharia local regulations. From a constitutional law perspective, it is important to examine the relationship between regional autonomy and the constitutional principles contained in the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia. The research identifies key challenges that arise, such as potential conflicts with national laws, the protection of human rights, as well as issues of diversity in Indonesia's pluralistic society. Styrofoam made from styrene copolymer is the choice of food businesses because it can prevent leakage and maintain its shape when held. In addition, this material is also able to maintain heat and cold but remains comfortable to hold, maintains the freshness and integrity of the packaged material, is cheap, safer and lighter. Styrofoam which is often used by people to wrap food or for other needs can also cause problems. The method used is normative legal research. Data sources consist of primary legal data, secondary legal data, and tertiary legal data. In this study, the data was analyzed qualitatively and in drawing conclusions, the author applied the deductive thinking method. The data that has been analyzed and described is then concluded using the inductive method, namely concluding from specific statements to general statements. Based on the results of the study, it is known that it has not gone well because there are still many business actors who use Styrofoam as food and beverage packaging. However, it seems that both the government and consumers and business actors themselves do not care. This can be seen from consumers who do not protest when given plastic or styrofoam as food packaging for the food they buy. The government also does not strictly prohibit the use of Styrofoam products that are harmful to consumer health. The legal consequences for business actors who use Styrofoam as Food and Beverage Packaging in Pekanbaru City if consumers feel disadvantaged by the use of styrofoam can file a complaint with the relevant party, and the relevant party will conduct an examination and investigation whether the styrofoam is dangerous or not. This method uses a multisensory approach involving visual, auditory, and kinesthetic elements to create an interactive and enjoyable learning experience. A qualitative descriptive approach was used in this study, with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation from formal and informal educational institutions. The results showed that the ACQ method was effective in improving children's memorization ability, extending concentration duration, and fostering interest in learning. In addition, this method also stimulates children's creativity through activities such as movements related to the meaning of verses, visualization, and games. The main challenges in implementing this method involve the readiness of educators and a supportive learning environment. The hypothesis in this study is whether there is a relationship between Celebrity Worship and consumptive behavior in teenage k-pop fans in Pekanbaru city. Respondents in this study amounted to 125 members of the MOARMY community at the age of middle adolescence and late adolescence, namely 15-21 years. The research instrument used in this scale is the Consumptive Behavior Scale which has been constructed by Wati Simalango (2020) which refers to the aspects of Angel, Blackwell, &amp; Miniard (2018) and the Celebrity Worship scale using the Celebrity Attitude Scale (CAS) developed by Maltby, Houran, and McCutcheon (2002). This study was analyzed using simple linear regression techniques. The results of this study are based on the results of hypothesis testing, the results obtained are that there is no relationship between Celebrity Worship and consumptive behavior in teenage k-pop fans in Pekanbaru city. The results of the analysis using the Kolmogorov-smimov correlation technique show that there is no significant relationship between Celebrity Worship and Consumptive Behavior in teenage k-pop fans in Pekanbaru city because (r = 0.003, p&gt; 0.05) which means that the hypothesis proposed in this study is rejected. The limitations in the study occurred when collecting the data which was carried out securely in the ring, which led to the researcher not being able to follow the data securely. This hall opens up the possibility of falking good in filling out the questionnaire. The reason the hypothesis is rejected is because there are several other factors that have a greater influence, namely self-concept and age. Based on the background above, the author created a paper entitled "Analysis of Islamic Religious Education Values ​​in the Pancasila Student Profile." The formulation of the problem in this study is: what are the values ​​of Islamic religious education contained in the Pancasila Student Profile? The purpose of this study is to analyze the values ​​of Islamic religious education contained in the Pancasila Student Profile. This type of research is a library research, namely research that aims to understand the phenomena experienced by research subjects, such as behavior, perception, motivation, actions, and others, holistically, in a descriptive manner. Despite their small numbers, Muslims in Laos have managed to adapt and thrive in the country, maintaining their religious identity and engaging in various economic activities. This article highlights the challenges they face, such as limited access to Islamic education and funding for mosque construction, but also emphasizes their resilience and the tolerance of Lao society. The history of Islam's entry into Laos, which was initiated by Chinese traders from Yunnan who brought the religion to the country. The article also details the various groups that make up the Muslim population, including Champa Muslim refugees from Cambodia and South Asian immigrants. These diverse groups have formed a cohesive community, maintaining their distinct cultural and religious practices while coexisting peacefully with Laos' predominantly Buddhist population. Despite facing challenges, Muslims in Laos are generally well integrated and enjoy religious freedom. This is in contrast to the situation of Muslim minorities in other parts of Indochina, such as Cambodia, where they face greater persecution. This research addresses the challenge of conventional teaching methods that often fail to connect Islamic legal theories with students' daily lives. Single case study research with a qualitative approach was conducted over four months (July-October) at MAN 1 Batam. Data collection involved participatory observation of a Fiqh class implementing PBL, semi-structured in-depth interviews with teachers and students, and analysis of learning documents. Data validation used triangulation techniques of sources, methods, and member checking. The implementation of PBL significantly improved students' learning achievement through three main aspects of increasing conceptual understanding through real-world projects such as simulations of buying and selling contracts, developing critical thinking skills in analyzing contemporary Islamic law cases, and improving collaborative problem-solving skills. The research revealed that PBL facilitated a deeper understanding of Fiqh concepts when linked to practical applications. The study is limited by its focus on one institution and relatively short duration. The generalizability of the findings may be limited by the specific context of MAN 1 Batam and students' varying levels of readiness in the implementation of project-based learning. This research provides new insights into the integration of modern pedagogical approaches with Islamic religious education, particularly in Fiqh learning. This research aims to straighten out the procedural check on the spot and the recross check of collateral from the analyst and decision-maker before deciding on financing approval. Data analysis and measurement in this research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive explanation level. Based on the place, this research includes field research. Based on the type and strategy of research findings, this research is a case study. The results of this study describe and illustrate the Standard Operational Procedure (SOP) that should be used in checking collateral objects in Murabahah financing types, which are usually additional collateral for prospective customers. The analyst team from maker, checker, and approval in Murabahah financing must carry out checks on the spot and recross checks consistently and objectively on the collateral of prospective customers. In other words, not just looking at the report. Collateral object deviations often occur in the field due to the pursuit of financing targets. Although collateral is an additional guarantee, it has an important role in determining the fulfillment of the collateral assessment ratio. Using a quasi-experimental research design with experimental and control groups, the study involved 60 students divided into two groups: one group received the Discovery Learning treatment, while the other group used conventional lecture methods. Data were collected through learning outcome tests (pretest and posttest), observations of learning activities, and questionnaires assessing students' responses to the teaching method. The analysis results show that the Discovery Learning model significantly improved students' learning outcomes, with the experimental group's posttest average score increasing by 31%, compared to 16.8% in the control group. Observations also showed higher student participation in discussions and group activities in the experimental group compared to the control group. As many as 90% of students reported that the method made it easier for them to understand Akidah Akhlak material and enhanced their motivation to learn. The study concludes that Discovery Learning is effective in improving students' learning outcomes, promoting active engagement, and enhancing critical thinking skills. This article discusses the main aspects of the transformation of digital era education such as digital-based educational media and the concept of ICT in learning. This study uses a literature review method, namely a method by searching, selecting, and reviewing the writings and thoughts of previous researchers in the form of books, journals, articles, and documents. The data analysis technique uses content analysis. Based on the review of the research results conducted by previous experts, the results of this study are that digital change in the education sector is an effort to implement digital system changes at all levels of education. To realize the expected educational goals, quality human resources are needed, both soft skills and hard skills. However, the obstacles faced are the readiness of human resources for educators and education personnel who are less qualified in each educational unit, the readiness of infrastructure that is not evenly distributed in each educational unit. This study aims to determine the effect of usefulness, convenience, and trust on customer interest in using Syari'ah M-Banking partially or simultaneously. This study uses a quantitative approach that uses descriptive research methods. The results of this study indicate that trust has a positive and significant effect partially on customer interest in using Syari'ah M-Banking on teachers at Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor Campus 12, while usefulness and convenience do not have a significant effect on customer interest in using Syari'ah M-Banking on teachers at Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor Campus 12. This research is a quantitative study with a survey method conducted at MAN in Riau Islands, a population of 155 people and a sample using total sampling. The hypothesis in this study is that leadership style, organizational culture, and job satisfaction have a significant correlation both partially and simultaneously to teacher organizational commitment. Hypothesis testing uses Pearson Product Moment Correlation technique analysis and multiple regression, with a significant level of alpha 5 percent (α = 0.05). This study produces findings, namely: leadership style variables have a correlation with teacher organizational commitment. It can be concluded that: leadership style has a correlation with teacher organizational commitment. The implication is that the better the leadership style, the higher the organizational commitment of teachers. Based on the SPSS data output above, the pearson correlation value is 0.537. Then r count 0.537&gt; r table 0.178 so it can be said that the two variables are related or by looking at the sig value. 0.000 &lt;0.05, then correlated. So it can be said that X1 and Y have a relationship. With the degree of relationship the value of 0.537 is in a moderate correlation and the form of the relationship is positive. This special provision can be called human excellence, commonly termed fiṭrah. Ironically, in everyday life, we often encounter cases that are inversely proportional to the privileges possessed by humans themselves. This study employs the descriptive analysis based on syari’ah perspective. As a result, the study found that the product of mudharabah (profit and risk sharing) offered by Islamic banking and financial institutions were problem and not totally Islamic. The most reasonable arguments of the problem were derived from the operating system of Islamic banking and financial institutions which is parallel with the conventional counterparts that prohibited by Islam. The problem are as follows: (1) conflict in dual system of funding and financing based on the concept of real mudharabah and mudharabah musytarakah; (2) Islamic banking and financial institutions do not have real business; (3) Islamic banking and financial institutions are not able to bear losses; (4) Islamic banking and financial institutions customers are given profit sharing, whereas some of the cutomers’ funds have not yet been invested; (5) and profit sharing calculation method is convoluted or complicated. Therefore, to overcome the significant problem, it is necessary to reform the current operation of Islamic banking and financial system. Western philosophy has a significant role in shaping various concepts of thought and education, such as rationalism, empiricism, and humanism, which have also influenced the development of the education system in the Islamic world. Figures such as Plato, Aristotle, and John Dewey, with their ideas on ethics, logic, knowledge, and education, have influenced Islamic educational thought in terms of critical approaches, rationality, and learning methods. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method with literature analysis techniques on the works of Western philosophical figures and literature related to Islamic education. The results of the study show that although there are fundamental differences in the concepts of ontology and epistemology between Western education and Islamic education, the integration of critical values and scientific methods from the West has enriched the approach to contemporary Islamic education. This influence can be seen in the application of more open, inclusive learning methods, as well as an emphasis on critical and reflective thinking aspects in the Islamic education curriculum. The purpose of this study was to improve early childhood creativity through finger painting activities in group B at Diniyyah Kindergarten, Pekanbaru City. In this study the authors used classroom action research with the subject of teachers and students in group B of TK Diniyyah Kota Pekanbaru. Researchers conducted 2 cycles, each of which consisted of planning, implementation, observation or observation and reflection stages in each cycle. Employing a qualitative approach, the research utilizes secondary data from Islamic financial institutions, regulatory frameworks, and relevant literature. The analysis highlights that <em>Murabahah</em> dominates the financing portfolio due to its simplicity and ease of implementation, making it attractive for both banks and customers. However, <em>Ijarah Muntahiya Bittamlik</em> offers greater flexibility by incorporating asset ownership transfer, aligning well with customers seeking lease-to-own solutions. Despite its dominance, <em>Murabahah</em> is more susceptible to credit risk, whereas IMBT provides a more secure structure through asset backing, reducing potential losses for banks. Therefore, the experience of participating in outbound activities will provide children with lessons to understand teamwork as one of the keys to mutual success. The outbound method has not been fully implemented at the school, the implementation of outbound at the school has been carried out but has not been maximized, the school holds outbound activities at the end of each theme peak, where in the implementation of this outbound the school aims to improve children's socialization skills and avoid learning boredom for students. The outbound method is applied in improving children's socialization skills at Flamboyan Kindergarten. This type of research is classroom action research (CAR). The subjects used in this study were 13 Flamboyan Kindergarten children. The subjects used in this study were 13 Flamboyan Kindergarten children. The data for this classroom action research was collected through the observation method using an observation sheet. Data analysis used descriptive statistical analysis. The results of the study obtained in the pre-action showed that the average percentage of children's socialization skills were in the criteria of not yet developed, which was 77%, after that the action was carried out in Cycle I, there was an increase in socialization skills starting to develop by 69%. The results of this study are first, For integration at the Islamic University of Riau has not been fully implemented. This can be seen from the absence of a standard reference for the application of integration even though the concept of integration of Islam and science has existed since the establishment of this campus, the limited competence of Lecturers especially in teaching integration materials, and minimal student insight. The hypothesis in this study is that there is a negative relationship between self-acceptance and social anxiety in juvenile inmates at the Pekanbaru Special Prison for Children. The sample in this study amounted to 85 child prisoners at LPKA Pekanbaru with an age range of 14-18 years taken using total sampling technique. This study uses two psychological scales, namely the self-acceptance scale and the social anxiety scale. Data analysis in this study used person product moment correlation technique. This study produced a correlation coefficient of r = -0. 232 with a significance value of p = 0.032 &lt;0.05 which means the hypothesis is accepted. The results of data analysis show that there is a negative relationship between self-acceptance and social anxiety in juvenile prisoners at LPKA Pekanbaru.
