Abstract The Jumat Berkah (Blessed Friday) activity in elementary schools represents a simple yet meaningful practice in fostering students’ social and spiritual character from an early age. This study aims to describe the process of internalizing the values of sincerity (ikhlas) and generosity through the Jumat Berkah program at SD Negeri 147 Pekanbaru. This research employed a qualitative descriptive approach, using observation, interviews, and documentation techniques involving teachers, students, and parents of Class IB (27 students: 14 boys and 13 girls). The findings indicate that the Jumat Berkah activity—where students bring homemade snacks to share with classmates and teachers every Friday—successfully cultivates values of sincerity, empathy, care, and solidarity among students. Despite most coming from lower-middle socioeconomic backgrounds, both students and parents participate willingly, demonstrating genuine generosity and joy in giving. The internalization process is reflected through voluntary participation, emotional expression of happiness, and behavioral change toward greater social awareness. This study concludes that culturally rooted school practices can serve as effective media for character education based on Islamic and humanitarian values. Abstrak Kegiatan Jumat Berkah di sekolah dasar merupakan praktik sederhana namun bermakna dalam menumbuhkan karakter sosial dan spiritual siswa sejak usia dini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan proses internalisasi nilai keikhlasan dan sikap saling berbagi melalui program Jumat Berkah di SD Negeri 147 Pekanbaru. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi terhadap guru, siswa, serta orang tua kelas IB yang berjumlah 27 orang (14 laki-laki dan 13 perempuan). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan Jumat Berkah, yang dilakukan dengan membawa makanan ringan dari rumah untuk dibagikan kepada teman dan guru setiap hari Jumat, mampu menumbuhkan nilai-nilai keikhlasan, empati, kepedulian, dan kebersamaan di antara siswa. Meskipun sebagian besar siswa berasal dari keluarga ekonomi menengah ke bawah, semangat berbagi tetap muncul sebagai bentuk ketulusan dan kebahagiaan sosial. Proses internalisasi nilai tersebut tampak dalam perilaku sukarela, ekspresi kegembiraan saat berbagi, serta perubahan sikap yang lebih peduli terhadap sesama. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa praktik sederhana yang berakar pada budaya religius sekolah mampu menjadi media efektif pendidikan karakter berbasis nilai keislaman dan kemanusiaan.
